Nut-Free Snacks

My Go-To Nut-Free Snacks for Busy Days

Like most families, ours stays busy. We’re always on the go — from school to work to errands — so most days are busy days.

One thing both my husband and I are guilty of is running on coffee, hope, and a prayer before finally stopping to fuel ourselves properly.

Trail mix and other nut-packed snacks used to be our go-to options… until a delayed nut allergy decided to surprise us in our late 30s. That was our cue to get creative and rethink how we snack safely.

Why Nut-Free Snacks Matter

  • Nuts show up in many packaged snacks
  • Cross-contact is a real concern in manufacturing facilities
  • Having safe, pre-checked options makes busy days far less stressful
